She's really big; the length is perfect 170cm but the width... that's too much. Even so, I really wanted to try her on before altering. It is fun to see that the mid seems is now on my right buttock, as normally it's on my left ^_^
I paired her with my home made tulip obi, but then the other side, the white and green polka dotted side, to enhance the brightness of the kimono. With a white lace han eri and yellow obi age and jime she became super bright... too bright? Maybe not I love this, even though I tend to dress a bit more subdued normally, this is really fun and happy.
Also, I tied everything looser using Mamechiyo's tips and really, you can move in kimono just as when wearing a dress. It helps when the kimono is of an decent size, that is true.

She looks great! Maybe I'll buy some yukata also, I saw a few on Ichiroya that I like...
And the last picture is fun to see ^_~
Oh yes, you surely have to buy at least one yukata. They are so fun and a lot more versatile than you might think ~_^
Wow! I love yukata which don't immediately look like yukata! Which is probably why I only have one - I'm so picky.
This looks great on you - the colours really suit...and I love how bright and cheerful everything is. Perfect combination!
I also didn't realize it's a yukata at first! It's gorgeous ^_^
Very bright colours, is very lovely on you and the last picture is very fun to see.
Thank you all!
I like the bright colours too and the non-yukata-ness. Since you all like it so much I might be brave enough to wear it outside too ^_^
Great pose ! I love it !
