Working in kimono

It was fun.
I wore my woven blue kimono with chrysanthemum, yes I know fall pattern... and paired it with my painted pinkish/purpelish soft obi, and hazy purple accessories, and I went for a soft old fashioned style musubi... a bit weird, but OK for the occasion.
My little friend is wearing a hanten with sake barrel, so I guess it's a sake sales man hanten (we had lots!) and he wanted an obi so I wrapped him in the jacket and folded a ladies hanhabba and used that as an obi for him. He was a big success, doing the catering in his sake hanten. And the two of us had fun, a lot of fun ^_^
