Museum

Another post, two in one day haha. It was and still is a weird day. I came home really late, thought to just quickly check something’s in my computer look at some pictures I took and answer some emails I forgot... and suddenly it was six o'clock, oops! I decided not to sleep and change into kimono so I could take pictures with the gorgeous blue morning light. But rain sabotaged my plan... I went a bit later. In my new (well bought last summer and never worn yet) black and white yukata with red obi, using padding in my lower-back, it does work! On to the "museumplein" laughing with the tourists.

Taking pictures I looked up and... he you are no tourist, there was a friend of mine, saying:
"I saw a lady in kimono and thought that must be you... had coffee yet? Or breakfast?"
No to both, so he took me (after taking some pictures of me himself) for muffins and coffee. Sometimes everything is just fun!

And then the sun showed his face dramatically through the clouds! The weather man said the weather was "gloomy" I do not agree, I would rather say, theatrical, beautiful skies! Sadly they where behind the camera... But my friend took some at that angle, so I'll show later. Just let me go on with my vanity streak...

Museumplein really is a wonderful place. I love to sit next to the water and just dream my morning away. Morning's the tourist aren’t there yet or not that many and it's so peaceful, also in the evening and so quiet! Yes, it's a good place to dream, and take pictures ^_~

So you didn't get any sleep that night? Wow, you look really good! If I did that I would look really really bad haha.
By the way, did you get my emails about the photoshop book and furisode?

Thank you, but... Mmm to be honest... I do not want to see (or show) the close-ups my friend took haha. I went to bed at 9 and slept till 12 the next morning, I am no 18 any more. it was fun to do though! Yes I got your emails, but for the first time in my life I am way behind answering emails, sorry! I will reply to you soon and I hope we will/can plan a kimono get together soon! I think that will be great...

I've sent you an email yesterday, but I just thought of something else. On sunday, we (boyfriend and I) are going to the Genesis-concert in the ArenA, and we were planning on going very early... Don't know if you already have plans for sunday? If it's inconvenient for you or you just don't feel like it, no problem. Just let me know ^_^

Oh, I never got your email, how strange! Sorry for late reply, I was out of town. To bad, I would have loved to see you. I'll email you in a bit OK?

Never mind the late reply, it can happen to anyone.
I'll send you the email I replied to you last week. Hope you get it.

That last picture is nice. Looks like you are reflecting and are preparing to walk across the water.
